Update on In Person Commencement

Dear Parents/Guardians/Caregivers of Grade 12 Students and Grade 12 Students,

With the recent announcement that schools now have the option to supplement virtual celebrations with an outdoor in-person acknowledgement we are happy to confirm that we will have an in-person event on Tuesday June 29.

This will be a “drive/walk through” ceremony with scheduled time slots for each graduate and strict health and safety protocols in place based on direction from the Durham Region Health Department.   All students in the Class of 2021 including those PPHS students presently registered at DDSB@Home and students in our small class placements who are in their last year of high school, will be invited to attend.

We will provide further details next week including instructions on booking a time slot.
